Decent and Quiet Hotel in vibrant vicinity

Decent and cooperative Staff. Although overworked.

No buffet breakfast option. Damaged TV screen. Old bathroom accessories. No bath tub.

The price only

The booking.com made it looks so much nicer. The room was smelling and bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast only have eggs and toast.

value for money comes in many forms, safety, location, price, management of unit, cleanliness.

Well location is fair walk to main road...but I say that as older and bad heart...20baht and motorcycle ride cured that. management team acted quickly and efficiently to any issues and were helpful in all cases. Changed room as aircon not cool enough, no issue, assisted immediately.

Bar was closed...but hey, plenty near by.

Good location for a one night stay. The price is reasonable for what you get

Breakfast includes bread / toast and various spreads. Coffee / tea / milk with cornflakes. Possibility to order an egg in several preparation options. No vegetables

Very Good

Supreme service. I needed a working freezer for my medicine which they provided without hesitation and also made sure that I could do an early check in. Will most likely return in the future. Very good location close to the parks where I really loved to wander around. Very quiet and close to all kinds of restaurants.

A bit cold in the room. Whenever other guests/children would be playing in the hallway then it could be heard clearly in the room (but no noise from outside!)

Hotel location and Buffet Breakfast is good.

We booked deluxe room with Garden view but they provide deluxe room without garden view. Bathroom fittings are old style specially hot and cold system of shower. Hotel staffs are not that much friendly.

a one off would never stay there again

Staff were terrible that is at reception the bell boy was ok.Bath room would be better suited to a small yatch, bed was ok air con was a bit hit and miss . Breakfast was over priced.

My room was pretty dirty from beginning on some price shields from clothes layed around and the closet was dusty and I had three cockroaches in the room.

Lobby decorations made the run down appearance of the hotel a bit nicer. The luggage handling staff are very helpful.

The reception staff didn't care much about their guests & treat them with lack of interest, check in takes very long especially when you've travelled for 2 days and are tired; we weren't informed that our driver will be late. The hotel is very run down and in poor condition, room air is stuffy and smelly. It needs refreshing and refurbishing, staff need more customer sevice training. We didn't get any sleep at all as guests bring prostitutes and walls are thin like paper.

Think twice about staying here you do not get what you booked or paid for!!!

The Soup at breakfast was the highlight of our stay, the tourist desk where very helpful and nice.

I wii not being staying here again, I booked a double bed with garden room which I paid extra for and when I arrived I was told they only had a twin room for me and my girlfriend and there was no garden view! The rooms air con made such a noise when on, it was hard to sleep and the shower was broken as well.

I will not stay here simply because of poor management/reception team. Lessons learnt.

Nothing was exceptional. For the money I paid, the room was decent. The reception was not the best. They are not easy to deal with partly because they cannot speak English properly and secondly they are not overly competent in handling billing issues.

The reviews repeatedly talks about the reception and management, and they are correct. The receptionist are not overly competent in their jobs and lack basic welcoming etiquette. They hardly smile and act as if the customers are a bother to them. They have blocked my hotel payment on card and took cash, and after multiple follow ups they have not released my money on the card. Secondly, It took me over 5 calls to the reception to get a clean set of towels and when it came, the bellboy was rude. I will NOT recommend this hotel simply because of the hassle in dealing with the staff. The property is decent. And the rooms on booking.com are usually the ones with defects. In mine the shower did not work properly.

The lobby was very welcoming and other than the people at...

The lobby was very welcoming and other than the people at the front desk, the staff were very friendly. Free tuk tuks into downtown area.

The room we got was not a superior room.( which we paid extra for) Water damage in the bathroom, leaky faucets, wood damaged everywhere...just generally grungy looking. Pillows were hard and lumpy. When we asked for different ones we were told we would have to pay for them.

Location was great!

Location was great! Very close to the main strip but far enough away your not right in it. Rooms were basic but ample for what was needed. Very good value for money!

Unfortunately our room was on the 2nd floor which is where all the external air con units are based so in the night it was very noisy! If you can fall asleep quick and easy it should t be a problem, but if your like me and it takes a while and a light sleeper it’s hard to get to sleep! The air con in the room was also quite loud. The room could do with being upgraded I.e some plaster on the walls had flaked off etc but didn’t effect the use of the room. Only cosmetic issues. If going to Bangkok again I would definitely use this hotel again but I would make sure my room was a lot higher up.

Very very unpleasant will not recommend to anyone

I didnt like the hotel at all

The staff where rude the room was very unclean the bathroom was unclean the tv only had 2 channels . The hotel lost some of my clothing from their laundry service and wouldn't accept responsibility
